Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how n8n Booking Agent (“the application”), operated under the SYVOQX name, accesses and uses information when a Google account owner authorizes the application for booking and scheduling automation.
1. Google user data the application may access
Depending on the permissions granted by the account owner, the application may access Google Calendar information needed for scheduling operations. This can include calendar and event identifiers, event titles and descriptions, event start and end times, availability information, and other event information necessary to perform an authorized booking action.
2. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to provide the configured booking functionality, such as checking availability, finding relevant booking events, creating events, and updating, rescheduling, or cancelling events when requested through the configured workflow. Google user data is not used for advertising or unrelated profiling.
3. Storage and retention
The workflow may store identifiers or booking details necessary to maintain the booking process, such as a Google Calendar event ID associated with a booking record. OAuth credentials or tokens are stored in the configured n8n environment so the authorized workflow can communicate with Google services. Data is retained only as reasonably necessary to operate the workflow, maintain booking records, meet applicable obligations, or resolve operational issues.
4. Sharing
The application does not sell Google user data and does not share it for advertising or marketing. Data may be processed by service and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the configured automation, including Google services, n8n, and the infrastructure used to host the workflow, solely to provide the application's functionality.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
6. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the automation and its credentials. Google authorization is performed through OAuth; the application does not require users to disclose their Google password to the application.
7. User control
You can decline requested Google permissions or revoke previously granted access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access may prevent calendar-related automation from functioning.
8. Data deletion requests
You may request deletion of personal data controlled by the application operator by contacting the address below. Information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or record-keeping purposes.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated when the application's functionality or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
